As a response to the current global crisis we wanted to update you on our shipping procedures currently in place.


Please note that all our items are handmade to order so all orders will take 10 - 14 days to be dispatched. We are experiencing very high numbers of sales so please bear with us while we work through them all.

We send all UK orders currently through Royal Mail first class, which are stating that all post is taking longer to be delivered due to staff shortages and new procedures in the current Covid 19 crisis, therefore please expect orders to take between 1-7 days to get to you after the dispatch date. You will receive an email notification when your goods have been dispatched.



STANDARD Postage and packing is charged based on the value of your order:

UK Orders up to £16.00   Delivery - £1.95

UK Orders from £16.01 - 30.00 Delivery - £2.95

UK Orders from £30.01 - £99.99  Delivery  - £4.95  

UK Orders over £100.00  Free Delivery



At this difficult time when we can't give gifts in person, what could be more lovely than sending a little one some beautiful hair accessories, all handmade here in the UK.

Whether it be a birthday present, a new baby's first bows or just a lovely treat. We are happy to send your items in our signature wrapping with organza bag and tissue, along with a personal message on a gift card.

To send a gift just leave your message to the recipient on your order note when you checkout and make sure you give their address as the delivery address. 



We are sad to say that due to the current worldwide Corona Virus crisis we are going to suspend temporarily all orders outside the UK. There are currently very long delays to postal and delivery services worldwide and we feel we cannot send your orders without increasing our shipping costs substantially in order to get them to you safely and within a decent timeframe.

We are so grateful for the many orders we receive from all over the world and hope to resume sending our bows to all four corners of the world some time soon.






The cost of postage on returns is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, where in this instance we will happily refund return postage costs.  This is on the condition that you have first contacted us and made us aware of the return and postage costs. When returning an item, you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.  We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit.  Therefore we recommend that all UK orders are returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery and you retain your proof of posting.  LovebySusie cannot issue refunds or compensation to items lost in transit on their return to us.  International Orders should also be returned via a traceable method which insures against the full value of your goods.
